Uchinomi Camera is currently set up to receive payments via Paypal only. Refunds will be processed via Paypal only. If you do not have a Paypal account, you may pay through a credit card via Paypal. We do not store any customer financial information on our website.

If you are located within Japan, please contact us - we may be able to accept bank transfers. We are required to charge consumption tax at 8% for sales within Japan. 

The prices shown on our website do not include customs, VAT or other duties, courier brokerage fees or other charges and levies that may be levied by or within your country. Those charges are your responsibility. Please note that we cannot refund such charges when items are returned.

We will not declare any items as a "gift" or mis-declare the value of any item for customs purposes. Please do not ask. A copy of the Paypal invoice and our own invoice and a packing list will be enclosed along with your item(s).
