At Uchinomi Camera, shipping is usually FREE! Only very bulky or heavy items will be charged for shipping.

Please note that we can ship only to the address registered on your Paypal account. We are unable to ship to a different location.

Your items will be securely packed and shipped to minimize chances of shipping damage. If, on delivery, you suspect that your package may have been damaged during shipping, please take a series of photos showing the unboxing, from before opening the package until you see the actual item. Please take photos of the item as well, showing any damage as clearly as possible.

Orders are usually shipped within two business days. You may cancel your order up to the time you receive our notice stating that your order has been scheduled for shipping. A second notice informing you that your order has been shipped will follow, along with a tracking number if applicable.

Orders valued above US$ 25 are sent through JapanPost EMS service which is fully trackable, insured and fast. Delivery times to North America, Western Europe and Australia are typically less than a week. Other countries usually take about two weeks or more. You will receive the tracking number when your item is shipped.

Orders up to US$ 25 are sent through Japan Post Small Packet Air Service. This is a non-trackable, non-insurable shipping method. Delivery times are typically two weeks to North America, Western Europe and Australia. Other countries take between three to four weeks. If you need something faster, please let us know when placing your order, and we will send you a Paypal invoice with the extra shipping cost. Your order will be shipped only after the extra shipping cost is received.
